The Sickle Cell Disease Association of Michigan serves as a Direct Service Agency.
These services include but are not limited to: Case Management, Testing & Screening, Counseling and/or Medical Home Assistance.
To enable individuals with sickle cell disease to live lives compromised only by the unalterable aspects of the illness. To enable individuals with sickle cell trait to make decisions which they feel are in their best interest with respect to family planning. To provide education and testing for the general public.
