SickleCellKids.ORG

SickleCellKids.org is a fun, educational web site for kids with Sickle Cell Disease (and their families and friends, too.)

We want to include your art, stories and questions on the web site.
Think of what you would like to share with other children around the world who have sickle cell disease, too.

Art Work:
We would like to see pictures you have made that are about you and sickle cell disease. They can be pictures of you triumphing in your life or even pictures that show how you feel when you are in pain. They can be of you and your family or maybe you and your best friend doing something fun.

Your Story:
Just like with the art, we would like you to write about you and sickle cell disease. You could write about how the disease makes you feel, or you could write about a time when you took care of yourself and really made progress. Anything you feel that you want to share with others is ok with us.

Your Questions:
Submit questions about sickle cell disease that you would like to see answered on the web site. They can be questions about the disease, or even advice on how to cope with certain situations.

If you are a kid under 13 and you have sickle cell disease...
Send your art, story or question
on 8½ x 11 inch paper to

If we put your work on the site you will be identified with only your first name, your age, and your city.
We will NEVER give your personal information to anyone without your permission !
