Staff Accountant
The Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, Inc., (SCDAA) is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support accounting and finance operations across the organization. The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and interact with program, development and administrative teams. This role will involve responsibilities in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and cash management. The successful candidate will play a key part in streamlining and standardizing accounting policies and practices across the organization and help position SCDAA for future growth. This is a full-time salaried position working a hybrid schedule with a combination of in-office and telework days weekly.

Human Resources Generalist
SCDAA is searching for a qualified and resourceful part-time human resources generalist to help our organization grow. This role will ensure smooth and efficient business operations as we build a foundation of talented, dedicated, valued employees. The human resources generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. This essential position is part-time (24 hours per week) and hybrid.
